The short version

The ONOSONIC app is a shop and a smile-scanning tool. We collect what is needed to deliver your order, and nothing more. Your smile photos never leave your phone.

Smile Scan photos

The Smile Scan analyses your teeth entirely on your device, in your browser. Your camera images are never uploaded, never stored on our servers, and are discarded when you close the scan. Camera access is used only while you are scanning and only with your permission.

What we collect

• Order details — name, delivery address, phone and email, when you place an order. Used to deliver your products, issue your VAT invoice and provide support.
• Payments — handled by our payment provider (Stripe) on a secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
• Shopping bag — kept on your device so your bag survives closing the app.

What we do not do

• No selling or renting of personal data to anyone.
• No advertising trackers in the app.
• No account or sign-up is required to browse or scan.

Who we share with

Only what is needed to serve you: our store platform (BigCommerce) to process orders, Stripe to take payment, and our delivery partner to bring your order. Each receives only what their job requires.

Your choices

You can use the app without a camera by uploading nothing at all. To ask about, correct or delete your order data, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 776 1558 or write to info@onosonic.com — we respond within a few days and comply with UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

Children

The app sells oral-care products and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with a new date.
